This workshop will examine the consequences of the European Council agreement for the UK’s future relationship with the EU. It will also look at the broader questions raised by the conclusions of the European Council for the nature of Union law and Luxembourg. What kind of multiple-speed Europe and flexible forms of European integration will evolve?
